Under the prior ownership this was a great place to live. The staff were friendly, attentive to needs and proactively addressed opportunities to do better. They thought outside the box to creatively solve issues for the residents. Policies were understood to be flexible when warranted and the best interests of residents were always put first. That changed when the buildings were sold and the staff are the complete opposite.

I met Maria Korge at Modera Avenir and knew very quickly this would be my new place. The property is fresh, new and the amenities are superb! Maria made the leasing process seem less and easy and she was very responsive to my requests along the way. She made me feel at home from the start. An amazing place to live!
