The location of the complex is amazing. It's extremely close to everything (public transportation, mall, restaurants, beauty/grooming services, etc). I haven't not compared rental prices lately; seems expensive for some of the basic things that we are lacking. Decent package distribution system, parking garage security. This is not the complex for you if you don't like dogs.

    I've been living here since the opening of the 2nd building with no plans to move. The metro and Harris Teeter right outside the door are MAJOR perks!!! Overall living at the complex has been a positive experience.
