Not the worst place I have lived in. But also not the best place I have lived it. When panco took over as manager ent it definitely declined in quality. The previous management was much better. It gets a C rating.

Negative. It's not safe at all. The management sucks. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Cars are constantly getting broken into and you never hear anything from anyone about safety. It's horrible. I wouldn't recommend.

Great so far. I love Maria at the front desk. She helps with everything and makes sure everything is taken care of. The building and amenities and everything are super clean. No complaints so far and have enjoyed it so far.
