the "community" is fine but the apartment itself is nothing special. walls and floor are very thin, and I was unfortunate enough to have a horrible upstairs neighbor who woke me up almost every morning at 630am with their stomping because the floor are so thin. There is absolutely nothing in the apartment to soundproof anything. Normal volume conversations in the hallways and even people on their balconies are heard because, oh the windows are thin AF too. The washing machine is ridiculously loud and eats clothes sometimes. The pipes in the bathroom tapped every time my upstairs neighbor took a shower (could also hear the water running), and there was a foul smell coming from my tub that maintenance conveniently could not/did not want to figure out. This place is way too expensive for the amount of BS i put up with. power went out randomly one day. dog ---- in the hall. cigarettes butts in the parking garage. my car was vandalized at one point. if you're not living on the top floor there's no point living here. but at least they have cutesy activities that no one cares about to make it feel like a real community. I'm sure people would appreciate free parking more.

typical apartment. updated applicances. my only issue was that my apartment faced the street which lead to a lot of traffic noise from the highway because roadwork is being done and their was no sound wall.
