These apartments are a really great option if you're looking for something modern that is close to the metro (orange line) and that accepts dogs. The apartment itself is very modern with all new appliances and hardwood floors. The location (right across the street from the metro and shops) and security of the building (all entrances, including the parking garage, require a key fob) are amazing. Veronica in the leasing office was super friendly and helpful! I was coming from out of state and she and the others in the leasing office answered all of my questions regarding the apartments and the surrounding area. The only complaints I have are super thin walls and the smell of weed in my apartment (I'm assuming coming from the shared vents in the laundry room), but never knowing who your surrounding neighbors will be is unfortunately a caveat of apartment living. I have seen people complain about the weed smell, but am unsure if anything has been done. If you're moving to an apartment that accepts dogs, you have to accept that you're going to hear them from time to time. All in all, these apartments fit the bill if you're looking for a conveniently located, modern apartment that allows dogs.
