It's been almost a year since I moved to my current apartment and it has been a blast. I've enjoyed all the amenities that the place had to offer. The restaurant and Starbucks righ by the building, the Harris Terter on the first floor, the metro access, the dry cleaning service, the car detail service, all have made my stay extremely convenient and pleasant. The maintenance staff completes my order requests quickly and efficiently. There was an incident when my bike was stolen from the bike room and the leasing office didn't have cameras monitoring that area and I was told to contact my renters insurance. Besides that, I have no complaints so far.

So far so good but maintenance is poor. Maintenance staff is not very professional. Last issue I reported was not resolved but was marked as if it was fixed. General hallways are not regularly cleaned and it usually smells.
