This is a great building right near the metro and near grocery stores. very walkable and safe. the rent is little steep but that's everywhere. I think besides the price point, it's a good apartment. The metro location is my main reason for renting here.

I found this apartment while apartment hunting by going to different metro stops and exploring the nearby area . This Complex stood out to me because it was right next to the Metro, right next to Harris Teeter and an assortment of different stores and restaurants. I plan on working in the area and the transportation aspect is very important to me and that's why I chose to live here
