I think the apartment rates are somewhat high, but the location of the apartment is hard to beat. And I also like that the apartment complex has two fitness centers. Another to thing is the nearness of a pretty good grocery store.

The Apartment is location can't be be beat. About a two minute walk to the Metro. It's also walking distance from quite a few good restaurants and there is a Harris Teeters right next door too. Also, it's pet friendly.
