Great location. Great support staff. Next to a metro station is nice. Being able to walk to many restaurants and a good grocery store is even more beneficial. Parking is easy to find a space but not the most secure. The biggest negative is the noise. Near a bus stop causes a lot of noise. If you have an apartment on the main street it is very loud.
