I find the new management, Panco Management, more responsive to requests and more creative of finding ways to make the tenants feel more at home and safe in the community. I particularly would like to mention how Panco acted on cleanliness specially when external windows of each unit were washed (I have been requesting this from the former management but nothing happened). Kudos to Panco management, the maintenance, concierge, and cleaning services staff! You all deserve a pat in the back! Thank you for all your hard work amidst this challenging time.

Management is more proactive and responds on the requests within the next 24 hours. Concierge and maintenance staff including the cleaners are courteous, hardworking, cautious and practice the protocols when entering the apartment unit even during pre-pandemic period and more so now. Great community living!
