Overall, the experience has been very convenient. The location is perfect. I love being next to the metro and above a Harris Teeter. The units are great and the walls control noise from neighbors pretty well. It's very clean and a pretty good bang for your buck considering all the amenities.

Great metro access. Nice apartments. Great location. Loud if you live facing Gallows though. Much more quiet if facing pool or garden. Pet friendly. Love that Harris Teeter is right below. Don't like that you have to pay $5 per day for a guest parking pass.
