The location of this complex was a key selling point. It is next to the Metro, directly above Harris Teeter, offers parking, has great amenities, and is close to numerous eating establishments. It is also an easy walk to Merrifield with additional eating establishments, Target, movies, etc.

The location is convenient to work, having HT is a huge plus, as are the shops and eateries across the street, the Metro being right there, and how close it is to Merrifield. The building has great gyms in-house, plus Orange Theory is right across the street. The pool and other outdoor spaces are great.

The management company is very quick to respond to requests. The building is always neat and clean. The location is perfect for my life/work situation. The fitness centers, community rooms, pool, package storage/pick up are all great and it's directly over Harris Teeter.
