Rent is too high. Amenity fees need to be waived. The pool was closed various times this summer due to life guard shortages. The pool was not open labor day weekend because of life guard issues. I shouldn't be paying for amenities when they are closed and can't use them.

Not as quiet as I expected. Can hear the neighbors through the walls during the day/night. Can hear the laundry machine in other apartments. Some noise is expected but wish it wasn't there. Overall I recommend.
