The fact that it is right next to the metro and Harris Teeter is extremely convenient for me. The units are in decent shape, although some wear and tear. Not much problem for me with noise. There may be roaches if you don't keep your space clean, probably from Harris Teeter. Expensive, but convenient.

This is a good community, very close to the Metro. It is well-maintained and has good amenities. The fact that it is above Harris Teeter is convenient, although truck traffic can be noisy in the morning if you are sleeping in.
