This apartment community is in a great location with the added benefits of a Metro and a Harris Teeter grocery store. This is a well kept community, with a secure parking lot and building. There are many different apartment variations to suit your needs, as well as many building amenities and rental space as needed. I love the package pickup lockers. It's well managed, with a great maintenance staff and prompt service. Your privacy is respected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this community to a friend or family member.

I love the Point at Dunn Loring community! The front office is very helpful, the concierge is great, too, as well as the Maintenance Dept. All offer great support and efficiency. It's a great location, with the Dunn Loring Metro across the street, a Harris Teeter, stores, shops, restaurants, and the Mosaic Community just down the street. I love living here.

I absolutely love this community! The location is perfect, there is a Harris Teeter easily accessible, and a Metro next door. There are restaurants and shops, and the building and parking is secure. I feel very safe walking here and living here.

I'm a newbie here, just over 2 weeks. But so far I love my apartment and complex. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The buildings have quick access to the Metro, Harris Teeter, restaurants, Home Depot, and other shopping. A very safe, walkable community.
