Very positive overall. Maintenance is very often the same day. Personnel very helpful. Noise at a minimum inside the apartment. Appreciate the grocery store just downstairs. Metro just across the street. Many local eateries as well.

Very positive experience. Clean. Quiet. Friendly neighbors. Well kept up. Management tries very hard. Concierge is always very accommodating. Personnel all hard working. Centrally located to stores and transportation.

Top drawer experience aside from traffic noise when the windows are open, which is part and parcel of city living. Maintenance staff very conscientious of tasks; office staff friendly and attentive; any concerns are quickly addressed; convenient to shopping, medical offices, transportation.
