I'd rather not. It's been a frustrating experience. I was given an eviction notice for not paying a second amenity fee that was not included on my lease renewal paperwork. I eventually paid it. My neighbor is in regular violation of the no smoking policy but she's still here. Etc.

    This community has issues with fire alarms, both frequency of testing (which I'm told is city mandated) and going off when there isn't a fire event. I've written to my congressman to complain about this, but have yet to receive a response. It's annoying. This non-smoking community also regularly smells of weed--I'm paying for a non-smoking building, I expect the management of the building enforces that policy whether through staff walking the halls or police/security being more prevalent in the neighborhood. This is also true for the garage area.

      i had an hour long conversation with the building manager about my concerns with this apartment. some specifics are that i don't like all the fire alarm testing that goes on, which i understand is county mandated, but related to that i don't like the lack of notice that we receive about the fire alarm testing. i also don't like that i can't have a second key for my apartment, which makes having someone come in to walk my dog extra complicated. not discussed is that i think the dishwasher in the unit is inadequate as i can't use the top shelf for glasses and my glasses are regular size. other issues we discussed had to do with pool closures this year and excessive noise above my apartment which i thought came from maintenance, but may have been the tenant above doing something they possibly shouldn't have in terms of the floors.
