Do not rent here. Apartments are sub-par for this price point and appliances regularly fall apart. In the past 8 months my washer, disposal, air conditioning, and hot water have all ceased to function. Service requests for this critical items can take weeks to solve. There is not enough package storage space for the number of residences, and as a result, I've lost over a $1,000 dollars in items purchased online and shipped here. The office staff is also less than helpful. Your money is better spent elsewhere, and you deserve a better quality of life.
