Since moving into the Vienna (Merrifield) area and residing at the Point of Dunn Loring, I have been pleased with the amenities that are offered by the community. All repairs are done expeditiously and the technicians are pleasant and are "top notch" in their respective fields.

Overall, my apartment home including the neighborhood are excellent. Being close to the Metro station has been a plus, since it allows me to have an alternate form of transportation into the DC area.
