We moved in to a brand new apartment in 2022 and it has been a delight so far, the apartment was super clean and the apartment complex is well taken care of. The complex is quiet, there's not much noise or disturbances. Move in process was pretty smooth, there was one point the loading dock was double booked but that was partly a tenant error where someone was there far past their move out time, otherwise the loading dock availability was great. A few appliances were not working in our apartment but maintenance was very quick in their response and promptly worked with us and communicated on fixing it. We haven't been here long but so far this place has surpassed my expectations.

Bottom line&#44; this is a great new complex in a great location! Currently there is a lot of construction on the next building in the complex&#44; the metro parking facility (literally feet away)&#44; and local retail. SOME patience is required&#44; but the future vision for this block is well worth the wait. The staff is amazing and very responsive to any needs or concerns that my wife or I have had. Just a 5 min drive from the Mosaic shopping center (Target&#44; Angelika Movie Theater&#44; tons of retail and food) and a quick walk to the Dunn Loring Metro&#44; we practically jumped at the opportunity to live here! Evan&#44; Kristina&#44; and the rest of the staff are outstanding and provide a personal touch while conducting their work. We are VERY happy here!

I&apos;ve been a resident for over a year. When i found this place, it was pristine and everyone seems cordial, nice and in between, and that includes the staff. NOW, total different story. Some staff dont even acknowledge you exist. Trash rooms are ridiculous at times and...........a trash room at other times. I dont understand why the trash cant make it to the actual trash chute and the recyclable stuff cant make it in the can. I dont get it. Parking is ample but the gate stays broke. Package retrieval is good so no problem there. Accessibility to everything is awesome. The sitting areas here are fine. This building has gone WAAAAAAY down and i&apos;m moving out. The rudeness, loudness, and the general &quot;what in the &^%$ and why is it this way&quot; feeling i get has run its course. 2K A MONTH FOR THIS?????

You won&apos;t want to live here unless you&apos;d like your car to get towed. The apartment complex has Dominion Towing drag off your car the minute you leave it. We were visitors there for lunch for just 20 minutes, parked at a broken meter, and it cost me $160 to get my car back. I found out from another visitor that the complex and the towing company are in it together and share the money they rake up. I was parked in FREE Retail Parking at a broken meter.

Great area,easy access to every where.Having the metro and grocery store right by your apartment is a big plus. Great   maintenance providing. I recommend it to you all??Lovely modern apartments. I am very picky and I am happy to find the perfect place??????

With such a high rental price, there are many questions about the operation of the pools, the cleanliness of paid parking, the STRONG NOISE DAY AND NIGHT FROM WORKING ON THE ROOF OF THE VENTILATION OF THE STORE, and the cleanliness of the carpeting in the corridor

I can give an answer for the last 7 years, since I have been living from the very beginning, unfortunately every year the work of managers, maintenance of the building (repairs and painting, updating and replacing worn-out furniture) is getting worse and worse, dirtier and dirtier (

It's been okay so far. Great maintenance team. Management could be better. Definitely have had some frustrating experiences with parking and their collusion with dominion towing. Overall love my apartment.

Good comfortable accommodation, very good location, but the management pays little attention to the cleanliness of public places and common areas, and especially the parking for residents.  It's terribly dirty.
