Do not even think about moving here. Management is horrendous, they'll do everything in their power to avoid doing their job, and yet are overly heavy handed and dictatorial with residents. They make up excuses to invade your privacy, harass tenants, and only respond to cover their own legal best interests. If you are forced to live here, contact Fairfax county consumer affairs early and often to stand up for your rights.

    Rent is too high, most tenants are leaving because of constant frustrations with managements top heavy way of treating residents. There are mold problems, and drain issues. Don't recommend living here

      Maintenance is great, location is great, concierge is good. BUT the upper management staff which makes all the important decisions is horrible, litigious, money hungry, just horrendous. If you're thinking of moving here, note that you'll be treated like a criminal no matter how friendly, respectful and ontime your payments are.

        This is generally a good place to live, but the new management is terrible, namely ----- and --------------- who went to extreme measures to create problems for me for very minor issues such as a bathtub not being clean enough for them. They violated my rights and invented reasons to enter my apartment without reason. Other than these two, everyone else has been great, especially maintenance people and front desk.
