Thank you so much for your complimentary review and for recommending Rose Hall. We are pleased to you know you are enjoying your home. We work very hard to establish and enforce fair policies, ensure that our apartments homes and grounds are in excellent condition, and provide our residents with excellent customer service. Standard rental increases are anywhere from 3-5% yearly, we do try to keep it low if we can. Unfortunately Covid made the cost of goods and supplies rise and we do have to work that into our budget.
