My experience with Rose Hall has been wonderful! If you desire a quiet and clean community, where both you and your neighbors are considerate this is the place for you. Management and maintenance are very responsible, both the grounds and the apartments are kept in top condition and it's not too far from anything in Virginia Beach. I really couldn't have asked for a better apartment experience. I will say the management that was here during the pandemic (different management, alittle less than two years) was awful but as soon as previous management returned everything returned to the wonderul place I call home.
