The grounds are beautiful but management is not great. When I moved in, we had a shared recreational room which was turned into offices. Since the pool is managed by the property manager and not a pool company, it was closed most of the summer for repairs. The apartments are very small and outdoor activities are that much more important. You cannot reach the parent company at all.

Very peaceful and clean. No smoking policy is unique and refreshing. I feel perfectly safe here. Neighbors are great. Maintenance is exceptional. Staff are most helpful. Summer at the pool, outstanding.
