Rose Hall is a very well maintained, and very strategically located community in the heart of Virginia Beach. Additionally, the traditional brick buildings & grounds are so well designed that they evokes a feeling of neighborhood.

Terrific apartment living. The dwellings are impeccably maintained & the staff is ALWAYS responsive. The exercise room & pool are far above average. And a pleasure to use. The monthly "dinners" in the community are a wonderful way to make new friends too.
