Opening of the complex should have been postponed. There was a lack of organization and too many operational issues. Staff did not seem very experienced or adept at resolving problems. There appears to be a general or total lack of interest in how disabled residents are able to cope with faraway parking lots and mail premises. The apartments advertised as being for the disabled are very difficult to manage.

    The people in charge were VERY friendly & detail oriented. The process was involved for me because of my particular circumstances & they walked me thru it every step of the way. They kept in great touch, too.

      I really don't think that they were ready to allow move in's when they did. It's now March and we finally got fobs to move in. It has made deliveries a nightmare with lost package. The construction company was more helpful than the leasing management. Only communication was through memos posted on a wall. Things change daily without notice. I have lived in a Nusbaum property and loved it. This one is a disaster.

        The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The "Loft" vibe is everywhere with tall ceilings and exposed duct work. The management staff are helpful and professional. Once the building is finished it will be truly wonderful.
