I moved here from SE, DC in one week time period so no excuses about previous landlord crap. The bottom line is your credit has got to be good to live comfortable. You moved here because this is what you can afford. I knew from asking and investigating that these apt were crappy, high crime and roach infested but their bdrms are huges. Name one place outside of Langston Lane that apt. are like these so before you jump out there know what you're talking about. Now I am representing the Section 8 apartment that you're hating on (Woodwind Villa)drug dealing, I don't know what you're talking about%#^&@% I've been here for 2 yrs. and was the 4th tenant to move here with brand new everything and I luv it. I pay $1200/month for 3bdrm and 2 full bath--does that sound like Section 8??? whatever, if so, my Section 8 --- got a full wash/dryer set, walk in closets, fresh carpet, overseeing balcony, pretty oak cabinets, roachless and most of my friends lived in Glen Arbors. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU WANT OR WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD UNTIL YOU DO BETTER. Can't we all just get along!!!! No Hatin in 08-INVESTIGATE
