The apartments are BAD. No room for storage, closest are small, no balconies, dirty grounds and hallways, loud people (thin walls), can't hear if someone is knocking on the door if you are in the back rooms..... and that's just the beginning too. I work till 9pm and when I get home I have to park 1/4 mile away cause there is NEVER good parking. The carpet is thin and old. the walls have ton of bad repair jobs. the floors squeak when you walk, and you can hear your neighbors floors too. people just throw there trash on the ground cause there are no trash can and they don't take care of the grounds much. The kids play ball in the small lots and I've had my car dented a few times. and the parents will be there and say nothing and 90% of the community doesn't speak english soooo. they have mold in the window frames in every room. maintenance will come out and clean it if you complain, but it will return in 4 days. my ac has gone out 4 times in 2 monthes, but thank god they do have 24hr help for that. bottom line I hate living here can't wait till my lease is up!!!
