I am a current resident here at the moment and my wife is 8 and a half month pregnant with twin. Before we moved here she was told by front office who did a walk through with her that all the damages she seen at that time was not be judged because all was going to be fixed by move in which was all a lie. We have had nothing but problems since we got here. Walls was not patched properly at all and holes in the walls and in the closet wall which we were considering placing our babies. Roaches coming out of the wall as well. We have been promised things would be done before we got here and while we have been nothing has changed. My front door is a safety hazard it’s self bc it can be pushed open even when locked. One the apartment buildings in this complex was shut down because of MOLD which states in the lease that there is none. We are highy upset and disappointed by this situation. I would never take money from anyone and promise them things that we can’t give, but most of all I wouldn’t even work for a place like this knowing all that goes on here.
