The apartments are nice and have plenty of great features. The neighborhood is something left to be desired, unfortunately. Kids running around everywhere, kicking in screens at all hours of the day and night. Many people taking multiple spots so there are absolutely no visitor spots available. This is where we live and people just treat the community like trash.

I love my apartment. I would just like the area to be safer for my son. This community should be gated. Also when something happens that is not the fault of the tenant, such as a flood, the tenant should not feel like a burden to get something completed. Especially when said flood involved sewage water. The layout of the apartment and the maintenance staff are excellent. This community has the potential to be great. Just need to clean the "trash" out of it.

The apartments are spacious and have every necessity that you need. The maintenance team handles requests efficiently and effectively. I love dealing with the office staff, especially since they know me by first name!
