While the overall value of this apartment is rather good and while I wouldn't entirely say to not move here, I would do so with some caution. They seem to have to do pest remediation every several months and require you (usually with rather short notice) to move everything from the cabinets of your bathroom and kitchen to a separate room. Beyond that, the walls are very thin. You can clearly hear people at all hours in the stairwell (some residents just hanging out in there) and neighbors like to play loud music...so loud the bass vibrates my apartment. As well, it's a good thing for many people that the apartment allows pets. The downside is that residents are not always considerate about where their dogs in particular do their business and let them do so in the middle of main walkways. While much of this may be down to the neighbors I have, it's enough for me to not want to renew. But, all that said, rent is a good deal considering other options and utilities aren't too bad either...very affordable all in all.
