I was scheduled to move into my renovated apartment 1/4/2018 and was told the day before I was supposed to move in that it would be another week. I come ready to move in the following week and I was told my apartment was still not ready and they did not have an estimated time for when it would be ready but they would accommodate me by allowing me to live in an old building rent free until my apartment was ready. The home was infested with roaches and I had to call on multiple occasions for something to be done about it because I did not move in with bugs and I did not intend to take any out of the building. For two weeks I was given the run around and attitude from staff about when my apartment would be ready and i was not moved into my apartment until 2/1/2018. I had no shower knob, no shelves, no curtains, no vent covers, and the kitchen borders were still on the floor. For two weeks I called maintence everyday for a shower knob and was told that the contractors provided them and they would send someone over to install one. Contractors never shower up and maintence installed the shower knob. I was given a key to the apartment that did not work, a few months later I receive a call stating my locks had been changed because the office was doing a maintence check but did not have a key to my apartment (which was odd because the make the keys onsite and provided me a key), I am notified when they enter my home I just happen to notice things out of place to know were there. I renewed my lease because I couldn't afford anywhere to go, since then my door was changed without my knowledge and they left dirt and leaves all over my floor and did not replace the door sweep or plate to keep outside air and bugs from entering the building.
