Small community I love this about it but parking is horrible. Not much visitor spots or street parking. Update some kitchen appliances and love the fact I have a washer and dryer inside my unit. Been living in this community for 3 years rent started around 1100$ and now it's about $1400-1700

Alittle shaking but the new management is cleaning up things considering old staff and back up paper work they doing a great job getting this property together. Love the new maintenance crew Mr Hector and Mr Chris to be specific. Ms Tracey is definitely a huge impact and tries to resolve your situations. Neela and I are working it out but overall professional.

Community isn't to safe neighborhood has a lot of activity. Gun shots and fights. security needs to be on site 24 hrs. Parking rules needs to be enforced. Repairs needs to be done properly from start of work order

Community is wild messy tenants pets owners who don't pick up behind there animals and alot of fighting n shooting I. The neighborhood. Office is behind on paperwork as well. False evictions giving they want u out they will find a sneaky way to get u out

The community has been clearly up the kids are really terrors from time to time and people don't respect your parking space other than that no complaints. I personally don't like the rock that's laid down for landscaping the kids have damaged and hurt people with them

I'm normally at work but wen I'm home I don't have any problems with my building or the office or the staff they are all wonderful. I often use the workout room and the entire building always is clean and smells great.
