Glen Arbor used to be Woodbridge Apartments. I guess they are trying to cover up who they are. Back when they were Woodbridge Apartments it was DISGUSTING. My aunt lived there&#44; and I HATED having to go there&#44; because there was this smell that wouldnt go away&#44; come to find out it was mold. There were ROACHES everywhere. literally&#44; climbing the walls. Just thinking about it makes me all itchy! As far as I can tell they haven&#39;t changed except for their name. I actually drove back there today&#44; I went to see the new apartments they built up the road from there&#44; so i drove through Glen Arbor... and turned around and sped away! There were boards on the windows&#44; and the neighborhood just looked plan trashy! You could see where peoples apartment had holey curtains and busted windows&#44; and it just looked scary! I would not live there. I most def. would let my one year old son live there either! I understand that the rent is cheap&#44; but think about.. its cheap because of how crappy the apartments are!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;NASTY Place&#44; run away!!!!

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Ghetto doesn&#39;t even begin to describe it.  The kids on the playground are foul mouthed hoodlums who have parents who don&#39;t even care they are outside still at 10 at night.. The managers that have been there over the last 3 years could care less about the tenants.. NOTHING gets fixed.. the roaches had gotten so bad I quit cooking at home because every time I tried I had to kill roaches while cooking.  We&#39;ve had bats&#44; roaches&#44; raccoon&#39;s and all kinds of little critters.  We&#39;ve known of some apartments invested with bedbugs. The laundry rooms are a joke.  There&#39;s 2 washers and 2 dryers that don&#39;t clean.  You&#39;ll spend $17 just trying to dry 1 load of clothes.  And don&#39;t expect a refund either&#44; the company won&#39;t do it.  Last summer the pool was so freaking disgusting the life guards wouldn&#39;t let people swim in the deep end because the water was &#34;Too Dark&#34; for them to see anyone in it!!!!!!!!!!!  Are you serious???  We pay over $1300 a month for water that&#39;s too dark for the lifeguards to see? Parking is HORRIBLE.. they&#39;ve recently painted numbers to give assigned parking.. which would be great however you only get 1 space per household.. even though the majority of homes are 2 car families.. If your not home by 4 in the afternoon you have to park 1/4 miles away and then walk home praying you don&#39;t get raped/mugged/beaten on the way there.  Lets not forget the HOMELESS tent community living in the wooded area across the way.. yeah&#44; they&#39;ve had a murder in there!!! But they won&#39;t tell you about that!  They are quick to &#34;Inspect&#34; your apartment but take MONTHS to fix a damn thing!  If your late on your rent you get charged 10&#37; but you have to wait 6 months to get your toilet fixed.  WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER.  I hate this place and if I had the money to move you better believe I&#39;d be gone w/o  notice!  It&#39;s so bad here my kids are too embarrassed to have their friends from school come over because they don&#39;t want them to know where they live.. DON&#39;T LIVE HERE!!!!!!!  It&#39;s not worth the headache&#44; the hassle or your sanity. 

We moved in a month ago and the whole building is infested with bed bugs! The management refuses to treat adjacent apartments because they say that they can only treat the individual apartments as they report the problem, so since not every single tenant reports on the same day (or even the same week) the bugs simply recede into the walls and feast at neighboring apartments and are never taken care of. The neighbors say this has been going on for at least eight months in this building. Meanwhile, we have bagged all of our belongs --and I mean ALL of our belongings-- to protect them from infestation, and we have to live with everything bagged in garbage bags in the middle of each room for the remainder of our lease. We are living in a nightmare where we essentially can&apos;t use the apartment, know the bed bugs won&apos;t go away (this according to two independent post control services we had come in and survey the property and a landlord/tenant lawyer who specializes in this), have to take a long legal journey to get a judge to let us out of our lease, and my children are continuously being eaten alive every night. We are absolutely traumatized! Worst landlords ever! They don&apos;t care one lick about their tenants, nor their tenants&apos; health, children, or the health of the public at large. They also had our car towed and emptied our laundry account in retaliation for reporting them.

For one the new name is Elevations One. Honestly, my opinion on this apartment community is far from loving. I have been staying in this community since October 2018 and I have yet to see management act like they care for their current residents. As of now, all they care about are getting rent paid on time and making sure they are getting paid. As of now, there was a flood at the beginning of June. They only came to service the floor twice saying it was a foundation crack (first week June 2018), with little investigation done to determine where exactly the leak was from. They just placed new padding under my floor, dried the surrounding area, closed the rug off, and called it a day. Maintenence does not attend promptly to their calls I&apos;ve been waiting on a new door as well since there is a huge hole in the bottom, giving access to every critter known to man that can fit through a crack. These people are so worried about renovating their apartments than attending to the services and needs of their current tenants. There is no clear line to talk to management and when you try to, they will try to belittle your intelligence and then hit you with a common &quot;sales pitch&quot; to keep your service. Don&apos;t be fooled and think twice before you come and try to get an apartment with Elevations One. These guys have lawsuits written all over them! Most of the tenants do not know better. But for me, well I know for a fact that BLACK MOLD, roaches the size of Kansas, musquitos with their own set of your apartment keys, constant floods, appliances never working properly, poorly renovated apartments, and standing water for a month is a cause for concern. Think twice! It&apos;s been over one month and with how this community handles mold emergencies, just know that you&apos;re wasting your time completely. These are not livable living conditions! It comes with washer and dryer in unit haven't seen any bugs or pest at all the the units is up to date appliances.

Community is wild messy tenants pets owners who don't pick up behind there animals and alot of fighting n shooting I. The neighborhood. Office is behind on paperwork as well. False evictions giving they want u out they will find a sneaky way to get u out

Not the place to live if value your space and confort level. They have roaches and mice infested. Overall office staff are wonderful but most they will tell you, they can't control only higher management who can't be reached.

Moved here 2021 and i haven't had any issues. If you make your home your happy place you have no problem. If you looking for a great home you found it here at Elevations One where the staff greets you open arms and makes you feel very welcomed. I love the location near to grocery stores food establishment near to bus stops. I really like it. My apartment is very big four bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen is very nice and looks modern. Haven't had any bad situation going on I do recommend it.
