Judy and her Assistant
I want to commend both Ms. Judy and her assistant for reflecting EXCELLENT customer service (and I'm not even a resident as of yet). They have both went above and beyond assisting me with applying for an apartment. It's hard enough when you're doing everything via computer from out of state and so soothing when someone helps with pictures and all the information regarding the property they can. I look forward to becoming a resident over the Summer. They give me hope that Customer Service still exists. Hat's off, Ladies!! T.D.

Convenient to Langley with York Co. schools
Maintenance is very friendly. The landscape is well-maintained. Best value for York County schools! Convenient to Langley AFB.

A great place to call home!
I have recently moved into the Four Season Apartments, and I am absolutely loving it. The floor plans are spacious, the parking is sufficient, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and it is conviently located to I-64, schools, shopping and dining. The rent is an excellent value and due to the double-pane windows the utility cost are reasonable. The management/staff are extremely inviting and helpful.

An Excellent Value!
Built in the early 70's, these apartments are well maintained and recently remodeled. The central air-conditioning and heat are sufficient, and the double-pane windows and sliding porch door helps keep utility costs within reason. Their pet policy is reasonable and compares well to other pet-friendly apartment communities. The leasing office staff's friendly, straight-forward, no-nonsense management style ensures that a well-ordered, peaceful community is maintained, and that nuisances and troublemakers are effectively dealt with.

Love Fours Seasons
I've live in the Four Seasons Complex going on 4yrs. I don t have one complaint about the Apartment, Grounds, Maintenance, or Office Staff/Management. First the Fours Seasons offers the most sq ft for your buck and the apartment is well kept; I ve had no major repair needed fix. Second the Grounds are beautifully kept and stays CLEAN! Cleanliness is one of my biggest concerns. Third, the few time I did have to call maintenance they were prompt and fix the problem right away. Once I had to call on a SUNDAY the Attendant in Charge interrupted his Church attendance to attend to my situation WITHOUT being mean or complaining. Fourth the Office/Management staff are GINUENLY Fair. Excepting NO NONSENSE but FAIR in dealing with the tenets in the Apartment Complex. When you re dealing with this many apartments, men, women, and their CHILDREN; there is no time for NONSENCE. Moving around with the Military I've live in a number of Apartment Complexes and by Far Four Seasons has been of the best. I'll be here a couple more years and if you re moving into the area I suggestā¦Ā See More>anonymous

Only Place to Live on the Peninsula!!!!
After living in numerous apartment complexes over the years, once we found Four Seasons, we had finally found Home. This is the largest, and most spacious apartment we had the privilege of living in. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Maintenance responses were handled with speed and efficency, usually the same day of the trouble call. I would highly reccomend Four Seasons to anyone seeking a Home on the Peninsula.

The worst place i've ever lived.
Let me start off by saying the staff is HORRIBLE! The manager Judy is a nasty woman. I locked myself out of my apartment one day in my p-jays! I came up to her as she was walking her dog and told her my problem. She never looked me in the eye, but was woman enough to say "Well Jesus Christ." Excuse me, but isn't your name on the emergency contact list? If you dislike your job that much, save yourself the head ache and go work at McDonalds. Cars get broken into, stairs are always broken, its too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. Maintenance is rude, they steal & are unprofessional. Judy will tell your personal business to anyone who asks. The men who lived down stairs from us gave us problems at first. I went over to talk to Judy and she told me anything i wanted to know about the men. From what i've learned, being an adult means you just don't talk about people like highschool kids do. From the day we've moved out we have had nothing but problems from this place, trying to rip every penny from us thatā¦Ā See More>anonymous

DONT LIVE HERE!!!!
I have lived here for over a year. Once we decided to move out and gave our notice saying that we were moving out on the 17th we got a response saying we could not move out until the 21st because she didnt open the letter until the 21st. Yes the contract says we have to give written notice but nothing about move out date would be when she got off her --- and opened the letter! The are trying to make us pay 613 on the first and then pay our new apartment 810 on the first. Maintence in this place is a joke. Last winter I didnt know where the pilot for the furnace was and my fiance was over the road and when I called to ask maintence to fix it, I was told " turn your stove on and leave the oven door open" when I told her my children are 1,3 and 5, I was then told " the only suggestion I have is bundle up in layers" Are you kidding me. Dont live here. It is nothing but a hassel and a complete waste of time!!!!

rip-off
I lived here for a year, and never caused a problem. When leaving, my roommate and i scrubbed down the place and left it as clean as we received it. A month later, I received a bill for 355. They took our 250 deposit and charged and extra 95 to clean the stove, and 60 to clean two bathrooms. They also charged 200 to replace less than 100sq ft of carpet that was not damaged. Also, they asked 850 per month, but always added 6 dollars and didn't mentioned this up front.

Highly Recommended
I have lived in several different apartment complexes and this is the only one that I would recommend to anyone. If you are moving to the Yorktown area these apartments should be high on your list. Don't let the outside of the building fool you. These apartments are spacious and clean. Maintenance speedily fixes problems. Very friendly neighbors. A great family complex. It's also the greatest bang for your buck.

We like it :)
We have lived in a 2-bedroom for a year. Positives: - We like how spacious it is and we live next to a park and laundry facility which is great. - I've never had to wait to use the public washer and dryers. -The staff is very nice- just stay on Judy's good side and Sharon is such a sweet heart. -It is a very family oriented place with 3 different parks and a pool. We have kids so that is great. -There is always plenty of close parking no matter what time of day we get home. -The tennis courts are almost always open and available to play on. -We always feel safe and even accidentally left the keys in the car overnight and nothing happened. Negatives: - Lots of spiders in the summer :( - Lights always on outside front door at night so you get bombarded by bugs when you get home at night. - You have to go with Cox Cable who are a nightmare to deal with. - Water pressure in apartment can get really low at times and maintenance hasn't been able to figure it out. - I wish we would have insistedā¦Ā See More>anonymous

Not bad, but not great...
We have lived in Four Seasons for almost three years. Really it is a great place to live. There are always kids outside playing, the grounds are very pretty and it is fairly peacefull in here. There is no assigned parking, but this has not been a problem for us. It does get a bit noisy, but that is because of the kids playing so it isn't a problem. The only real problem we have had here is that the ouside lights rarely work. The biggest reason we moved in here was because we wanted our son to go to Tabb elementary. This is an absolutely fantastic school, and district! A bit of advice.... DO NOT make the manager angry. We have never had a problem with her, but we have seen her wrath!! The pool is small but rarely crowded, we have lived at the pool during the summer. There are a couple of playgrounds, (the maintenance men do the best they can to keep up with them)But the teenagers do manage to destroy the play areas. We would recommend you live here, especially if you have kids. My kids have really enjoyed living here.

Probably wouldn't recommend
I lived in one of their two bedroom, one and a half bath apartments. My neighbors above me were not the greatest. They would throw crazy stuff off the balcony (one time there was a dead fish thrown over) and they would leave bags of cat litter clumps outside of their door, so if they accidentally hit it with their foot or if the wind blew too hard then it would fall and land beside my apartment. I found this a bit annoying since I have an inquisitive toddler, who wants to explore everything. The rest of my neighbors were quiet and respectful. I found the maintenance to be pretty good. (The guy that always came to my building seemed to get things done and in a timely manner.) I didn't like the fact that no one walked through with me before moving into the apartment. (I basically did it after I moved in and had to note everything by myself, but I dealt with it because I had to move.) The apartments fridge smelled awful when I moved in. I mentioned it and the older lady who runs the office seemed to think it was nothing. She told meā¦Ā See More>anonymous

Here for the schools
I only recommend you live here if you are looking for awesome schools. The only reason I'm staying is until my child is out of school. I swear by Tabb schools and they are the best for your child's future. The apartments are nice and spacious but the quality of materials used is crap. I do have nice kitchen cabinets that were redone just before moving in. The plumbing is clogged every other week and we have bug problems. Break ins with cars have been a problem and the same parking lot light has been burned out for over two years. Parking has become a nightmare, no regulation at all. If I come home after 8pm at night I have to park down the way, in the dark (due to that light being burned out for 2 yrs).

crappy apartment
Crappy apartment for the money you pay. We rented a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath for 860.00 a month. There is no assigned parking, so you can bet on walking pretty far to get to your apartment. The management is rude and only cares about gossiping about all of the residents. Cockroaches are everywhere, the children are unsupervised, and there have been numerous brake ins this past year. When we were in the process of moving out, our landlord thought it would be a good idea to go ahead and spray insecticide all over our belongings!!! We still had a week left and we werent even notified! They came in and opened all of our cabinets and closets with out us even knowing!!! What bullcrap!

Okay Place to live
I hav elived at the Timbers for over a year now and the place if pretty clean. A couple of things to think about before moving in. The nightclub Kolas that is located behind the complex is LOUD and can be heard at all hours of the night into the very early mornings. Maintenance guys are friendly and they do a decent job on repairs.

Very pleasent and comfortable
IĀ“ve lived at Forest Park for 2 years now...I love it! ItĀ“s very small and stays quiet, which is good for me because I work the swing shift. My neighbors are very respectful. The manager is friendly and always returns my calls and whenever I have a problem, it is taken care of right away! My apartment is huge and I donĀ“t feel like IĀ“m getting ripped off. (like other places IĀ“ve lived at) They also alow animals...perfect for my golden retriever Sadie! I would recommend Forest Park to anyone who wants a quite, affordable home!

Car Seats as Lawn Chairs
Like Jeff Foxworthy said about red necks this has it all. Building one uses a back seat of a car as lawn furniture. The rule on Dogs being less than 35 pounds is never enforced. I had 2 Greyhounds crap 5 feet from my door daily until I threatened to move. If you live on the first floor youĀ“ll here what seems like peeing through the floor. Gross Place. no HEAT. Management is WEAK but Sean really runs the place he thinks.
