JUDY IS A RACIST!! ...my fiance and I were apartment hunting and came across Four Seasons. We were greeted by one lady (who was in her 50's) who was friendly and wound up taking a tour of the apartments with her. The woman who gave us the tour offered us to fill out an application and confirmed to us that there would be 2bdr apartments available during the time we were planning to move,but we decided to go back home to think about it. After getting home 20minutes later, we decided to call Four Seasons and tell them that we were going to come back to fill out an application. While calling,Judy's racist a** answered and my fiance introduced himself(he has an -----Centric name)...Judy told him immediately that "there weren't any 2bdr apartments available at all"...my fiance told her how we were just up there less than 30 minutes ago,took a tour and that we were told that there were 2bdr and 3bdr apartments available---while on the phone we could tell Judy became irritated as she questioned the woman who gave us the tour (while still on the phone with us). We heard Judy basically scold the woman saying in an agitated way 'you told them we had apartments available???'. So fast forward, my fiance and I went back up there and this time we were greeted by a man who was in his 30's, we asked him if there were apartments still available, he said yes and offered us to fill out an application. While we were filling out the application, Judy arrived and basically ignored us after the man introduced us to her. After filling out our application, we went into the back room to have our applications processed by racist a** Judy. As seasoned apartment dwellers with good rental history,credit,and income, we never had issues when it came getting an apartment, but for some ODD reason this ONE TIME we were promptly denied. After noticing how Judy processed our applications, we sensed foul play and asked Judy what was the reason for denial and she said in a smart a** way "you either make the score or you don't, its pretty cut and dry"...Now mind you, these are small apartments that were built in the 1970's and the rent ranges from $880-900 for a 2bdr (what sold me was that it is located in one of the top 5 school districts in Virginia),its funny how that SAME day my fiance and I got approved for a more modern apartment in the same (slightly higher)price range that offered more amenities. So basically if you are a minority and the apartment complex has already met quota for their 'Fair Housing Policy', Judy will not only lie and tell you that apartments aren't available, but she will even go to the extent to enter false information and process the applications incorrectly to ensure denial into the apartment complex...As someone coming from the North, people like Judy are the reason why the South still has a bad reputation
