Highly disappointed that Drucker and Falk has taken over the Four Seasons Apartments. I have lived here for nearly three years without a single problem or grievance, but am extremely weary of and disappointed in the "transition" that has taken place. The sales and marketing director makes it a point to talk down to you and criticize the past ownership company. He also informed me that rent will increase dramatically, but was unable to express by how much or when this would take place. I for one, do not care that the new company has decided to spend two million dollars on renovations, if it means that I will no longer be able to afford living here. I anticipate a lot of angry tenants and believe it will be well deserved. They have shortened the office hours, making it impossible to get to them before they close. Drucker and Falk laid off every single employee that previously worked at this facility, despite the fact that most had worked here for 10 years. Good job team, you're making a great and "professional" impression on us all.
