This place used to be nice and quiet. Which is why my family moved here. Now we can't wait for our lease to be up. Once the new company took over, everything went to crap. Teenagers roaming the streets late at night. Yelling. Destroying the play grounds. No one doing anything about it. Kids vandalizing the buildings, leaving toys out everywhere, destroying what was nice landscaping. Parents do not watch their children at all. There used to be a rule on noise levels and now you can "practice" your loud music (which I usually enjoy on a more private level) at anytime of day or night. We are not prudes. We enjoy being out with our family. We enjoy going out together. However, we like our home as quiet as possible with our children. We like feeling safe and we no longer feel that way. We feel like prisoners that have to listen to horrible music and screaming, unsupervised children all day. The rules have changed and no one cares anymore. The old land lady may have been a mean lil thing, but she kept this place in line as much as possible. Also, rent is supposed to be going up dramatically. Um no. These apartments are crap and barely worth the rent we pay already. THESE ARE APARTMENTS. NOT PRIVATE HOMES.
