Have lived here for 2 years and witnessed more domestic disturbances, public drunkenness, public use/sale of drugs, inappropriately dressed females, than York Sheriff department wants to know about. Three deputies suggested that I move to a safer neighborhood. Two different EMTs said the same thing. None of the staff or management live here so they don't care. I asked the office if I could have my rent lowered since I didn't pay to have the cockroaches and ants in my unit. They had no sense of humor. When I spray, the bugs crawl under the wall and go next door. When my neighbor sprays for bugs, they come back. We can't coordinate the bug killing. I have heard sounds of gun shots (possibly). Deputies responded but neighbors started noticing it was me who made the calls. My car was vandalized next night. My car insurance went up six months later. When my lease is up, I'm moving from this crime dump. Oh, I should let you know that I moved from Detroit (not a suburb, but Detroit) to here to get away from crime, so if I say that an area is a crime dump, I have a good reference point.
