Very quiet and peaceful apartments.Mentainance staff is awesome. Just place your work order on the resident portal and count it done. Updates on everything from the office are timely. I love the place.

close to crossroad mall, crossroad park, walkable distance to grocery stores, near by public transit, calm and greenery location with lots of sun light, play area, gym and pools are plus point to the community.

The location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. The neighbourhood feels safe, and it’s a short walk to several parks, which is perfect for anyone with pets or who enjoys outdoor activities. We do have a security team that patrols every night to keep the property safe. We also ask residents if you see something please notify our security or the office so we may let the security team know of any suspicious activities. The team wants to continue making this property be the best in all of Bellevue. Its Friday and we hope you have an amazing weekend.

It's an okay place to live, but the laundry rooms and broken fence are a consistent issue. And short staffing makes it hard to get things done. This place was a lot better 3 years ago it was a different manager.

Thank you for addressing the issue with the fence. We are looking into having a new fence installed in the near future. This has been an ongoing thing that our maintenance team has to consistently repair. The property is fully staffed but it has been a busy year. The team has been working hard on being able to respond to all workorders in a timely matter. We are looking forward to your next review!

Love living here! Safe community and very clean, and easy to be left alone when you want. Amenities are great, and trash and recycling are taken care of quickly. Just hope they continue to keep the rent down.

Great living at Woodside East. Lovely grounds with lots of trees and open spaces for walking my dog. And, we have a park, Crossroads mall, movie theater, and shopping all very close and walkable from our complex.

Overall a lovely place. I think this is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. It is very peaceful, people are quiet, the staff is helpful, parking in plentiful, layouts are nice, and amenities are kept up with. Being walking distance to the Crossroads mall and park is also a huge plus. Rarely there have been questionable characters in the parking lot but I haven't had any bad experiences yet.

Generally good associations with the community, and good associations with the office staff. I like all of the dogs too. I like all of the critters, including racoons and coyotes that run up and down the sidewalk in the middle of the night.

I have lived here since November 2022. I love it here. It's quiet, dog friendly, and clean! Any maintenance requests are handle expeditiously. We have community events that are a great way to meet your neighbors. It's safe, especially at night, because it's very well lit, and we have a security patrol.

There is garbage and kids toys all laying around that no one seems to be doing anything about People come by and blow the leaves off people's porches sometimes, but otherwise there seems to be minimal maintenance for the grounds

It’s a great location but maintenance of the apartments is below mediocre. We moved in in the apartment which was completely broken and carpets were not changed, just washed… carpets were wet when we moved in. When I asked about 2 bedroom apartment- the put me on an nonexistent wait list. Management doesn’t seem to care about wellbeing and comfort of their residents.

Its nice experience to live in this apartment which have access to all essential stores nearby. I like the amenities provided here for swimming pool, tennis court and gym. All the maintenance activities are done on time without delay.

I chose Woodside East Apartments when I first moved back from Korea because of its location and friendly management team. I’ve only had the best interactions even when things were difficult the interactions were amazing the team has been very professional in the past and I really appreciated the past team. I have not gotten a chance to know the current team except for Dan who is now still in maintenance who I adore and has been very helpful in every aspect. He’s friendly, he smiles, he says hello to my children, and really seems to care about what he’s doing. This makes a big difference to me when someone puts forth humanity and care especially in our current conditions. He has not forgotten how to be human and caring with his community people.

It is most accessible to all the basic amenities one needsIt is above and will always be proud to live at Woodside. Very beautiful community. Pet friendly, beautiful nature walk, close to so many shop, really centralized. Close many good schools. Very friendly management staff. They always respond to maintenance very quickly. This community is amazingly quiet. I love it here!

Great place to leave in, as well as its location and neighborhood. It's very convenient to many grocery stores and restaurants, and not too far away from Bellevue downtown and Seattle. The staff is friendly and the maintainence service is awesome.
