2 electricity bills?

If you’re in a pinch it’s not a bad deal especially given small town lack of options. Very basic. Does not have central air like it is advertised as having. Mini split unit which is definitely a big difference. You will pay a fee for a service for community utilities and you won’t use that service?? still don’t understand community electricity bill. If you keep your head down people stay out of your business which is nice. Oddly large club house that a group of people use regularly to play some magic card game.. would be nice to see club house down size and gym size increase.

it’s a beautiful place to live!

Living here has made me feel safe and comfortable i love it! i’ve met neighbors and made friends throughout the time i've lived here. the staff are always understanding and so nice, whenever we have any sort of issue they always jump right on it and have someone coming our way!

Great place.

Really enjoy living here, staff is great, premises is kept clean and quiet. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, it is resolved promptly. Can barely hear any noise my neighbors make. My cat enjoys the sun on the balcony very much as well.

Incredible Staff

The best property manager I've ever had! Always willing to work with whatever issues may arise. She is attentive and kind, and always has a smile on her face. She is constantly organizing fun property-wide events to give people the chance to meet their neighbors and make new friends.

helpful management and crew

i have lived at this complex for a year and the staff has been super helpful. maggie has always been kind and helpful with any problems, while crystal and chris have always quickly resolved maintenence issues within the apartment.

The best place to live is here at West ridge!

I loved here at Westridge about 2 years ago and it was the best place I have ever lived. I am so excited to say that I get to come back. This is hands down the valleys best apartments. Everything about Westridge is amazing. Maggie is so caring and a great landlord to have! I cannot wait to be back.

This complex is very well-maintained. The manager and staff are wonderful to work with and respond quickly to any concerns that you may have. The apartments are well-designed for your comfort. You are not able to hear your neighbors thru the walls or floor. The only downside is there is very little parking for visitors. If I were not buying a house I surely would renew my lease.

Very nice staff thats always helpful, great quite location with a dog park fo let the dogs run, lots of children for the littles to play with and the pool is a blast in the summer! Lack of parking is my only complaint.

Love the Staff

The staff here is the Clarkston Westridge apartments are a dedicated group. They listen and work to resolve any issues right away. I think sometimes their hands are tied due to the budgets they are given or so it appears to me. Maggie Thomas has been very supportive and responsive to my needs. She is a keeper!

Love living here!

We are a military family that just moved here about a year ago and we couldn’t be more pleased with this place. It’s a very safe and quiet area and the property is very well maintained. We also love the dog park, it’s a huge bonus! The crew that work here are always helpful and friendly!

Amazing view

The sunrises and sunsets are incredible. Staff are prompt and very respectful. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Very pet friendly and residents are responsible pet owners. Parking lot doesn't have a lot of guest parking. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. We don't plan on moving out any time soon.

Friendly community, quiet area, very accommodating!

Westridge apartments is a great place to live, the floor plan was well thought out and very neat. I hardly ever hear my neighbors, with the walls being so thick. I enjoy walking my mothers dog here when i get the chance to and she loves it! The addition of the dog park has helped greatly and i love to watch the dogs socialize. The only thing that i wish this place had more, however, is definitely more parking accommodations if family were to visit. Other than that I've had a very pleasant experience so far, and I haven't even been here for a full year yet! And I just wanted to thank all the staff that provides us with all of these accommodations! Thank you!

Beautiful apartments!

Our apartment has a washer and dryer and a spectacular view of the river. It also looks down on the new dog park, which many people and dogs enjoy, and the sparkling swimming pool and hot tub. It's quiet and the complex has a community feel. Maggie, Chris and Crystal keep everything running smoothly, always with a smile.

so far no complains on the noise where i am, seeing the beautiful mountain view in my window, great people on the hot day, using the treadmill when i work out is fantastic which saves me money on not paying for a gym, and whenever something happens i talk to the landlord on stuff and gives out great tips/advice to save me money where i won't get a fee. for that know hat she cares for the people living here.

Its a decent complex, pet friendly, with a pool. Management team is friendly, professional and care about the community. Low crime rate, and safe for kids. Close to a golf course, boat ramp, and stores. Low car traffic area. Parling for spare vehicles is limited but seperate garages are availabe for rent.

I have been living here with my son for 9 years and we are both very happy with our living situation here. There is a pool, gym, and green area. I like that I have laundry access in my apartment and a balcony to sit out on and enjoy the view of the Valley. We are very happy here. The only issue I have is the limited parking but you can rent a garage if you have 2 cars.

Rent prices raised, yet lower service (maintenance mainly), old appliances, old stained carpet (from day one), if you live under someone, expect to be kept up all day/night, especially if they have dog(s) or loud children. Easy to get into, even without the best credit which is nice. Maggie is very polite and helps as much as she can, so if you have any questions or concerns, reach out to her, not anyone else.

I would not recommend that anybody live in these apartments. There is a girl who lives here with a Belgian Malinois who lets her dog bark all day, is constantly yelling at him while she's taking him out to the bathroom. Never picks up after him and does not treat him kindly. The Apartment managers don't do anything about this nor do the cops. It should not be acceptable for someone to keep that breed of dog here if they can't train and get the proper care for them. Walls here are thin and you can constantly hear people walk and talk. The ground maintenance could be better, with the snow it leaves lots of us parking on the street and walking back up. The parking here is horrible year round. There is only one parking spot per Apartment, even the 3 bedrooms. Overall I give Westridge a 2/10
