The apartments are good with out parking. Here people leave family of 10 people in one apartment . Vwith ten cars which are packed 24/7 . No stress. We requested for paid packing which have taken 6 months. Can we have apoited packing for each apartment please.

never move into these apartments. upon settlement, they promised two parking spaces for cars. If you arrive later than 21:00, you are forced to park on the red lines. This is the second time our car has been towed and I have paid a $500 fine. I went to the office but they have absolutely no interest in solving your problems, they said there is nothing they can do to help you. Today I searched and waited for a parking space for 30 minutes and had to park on a rocky path. I woke up at 5am to check if there was a parking space to repark my car but my car had already been towed. In addition, several months are fined for not having home insurance. I have insurance, I brought them the confirmation, they said that for some reason it is not in their database. The money that was withdrawn for several months was never returned. also they charged double for some utilities, also due to system error. I have already overpaid several hundred dollars that I shouldn’t have, but she has never refunded me.

they say they are 100% smoke-free, but they don't do anything to those who smoke. smoking!!!! residents smoke in hoods, residents smoke in their homes, the territory smells of smoking, and the office does nothing. they do not fight against smoking in any way.

Beautiful apartments however management is ------. Moved in there two years ago and management was wayyy better than now. Super expensive apartments and you have no rights to chill at the clubhouse after 6 pm or on weekends but before all the residents had that opportunity to have parties too. No cameras at the property that are working just few of them, the office is not responsible if someone broke your window or anyone breaks into your apartment They will never return your deposit tho you just can forget it, they will even make you pay them the outstanding balance. So many details to write but I'm not recommending this place.

overall a good apartment and a good location. there are some difficulties with parking, it's good that when there was a carport, we took it, it is not so expensive, but it makes life here a lot easier. strong but you can hear the neighbors from above. there is no playground for children.

I have lived here for about 6 months now, I thought the good would put weight the bad but it does not for me, that is not to say someone else may not enjoy this home, I just know it is not for me. This could be a wonderful place for someone and exactly what they are looking for

Staff - great.. Apartment layouts - Awesome But the parking is horrible as I can now have no visitors as there is no parking.. and if I don't get home before 6pm there is no parking for me either. The garbage is horrible. The dumpsters are piled high and garbage all over the place in all the garbage receptacles.

This apartment complex has huge issues with trash collection, dumpsters fill overcapacity quickly and don't get picked up often enough. Parking is another big problem with not enough spaces for the community. Misdirected water sprinkle stained my car, which I parked on a paid covered parking space, paint badly it cost me $300 to repair. They continue to charge me for rental insurance month after month even though I paid for the policy already for the year.

Do not move! Huge parking problems, no parking spot after 7 pm at all, I wouldn’t recommend to move here, once lease expire I am out. Check this place 10pm and you will see how cars parked everywhere.

Great to have somebody clean out the drain to achieve proper flow again. There was no mess left and everything worked the way it was when I first moved in. It was really easy to submit the service request with a quick response before the day was up.

Increased amount of crime on community grounds and management doesn't seem to care. They are more concerned with getting your dogs DNA from poop and towing your car for being in a spot for 3 days. Dont even think about going on vacation.

We love these apartments , but encountered too many issues in our short living time , due to political statements on my husbands van , we got tires slashes , dent , vandalism ! We are sick of it and not sure if we would stay here !

Very easy move in process, management was very communicative and helpful. The community is very quiet and clean, ample amount of parking which can often be an issue at other apartment complexes. Modern finishes in the units, very happy with our decision!!

The staff is great!! Maintenance requests are always completely so timely! The amenities make it all more worth it. Loving alone, I feel safe and secure in my first apartment. Since the day I requested a tour, Ive been nothing but impressed!

I'm an older caregiver, caring for a 97 year old lady (my mom). Neither of us has ever lived in an apartment before, so its a different experience. My only concern as an elderly woman, myself, is that everything from leasing the apartment to all the appliances are electronic. I feel this is gauges to the younger folks. But this is a very difficult and frustrating experience for me. I, also would have liked more disabled parking coupled with more concrete ramps, but I understand that most folks in apartments are the young people who can walk long distances and can take curbs easily. Other than that, 207E is a very beautiful complex with friendly staff and many amenities.
