Copperstone apartments suck!!!!!!

Hey everyone so I lived at copperstone apartments for about four years and the apartments at copperstone stuck the management there are very rude and snobby expecting the manager there Shawna wood she is ruded and snotty and the bigger ----- I have ever met and were I lived too I had cockroaches in the apartment I was living in and the management did not take care of that problem at all and I have kids lived at the apartment too so I suggested you not live there at all.

Don’t Bother

Laundry room has been trashed for ten months, and it took five visits from maintenance in as many months to repair a leak in the bathroom sink. Rotten wood was never replaced, mold testing was refused… Office manager doesn’t pay attention to details of maintenance requests in order to have them addressed properly. The handyman is also laughably unqualified. Overall, the property could be nice if the people weren’t absolutely awful.

Just be warned. don't choose this to be your next home . not worth the price or your life . Inside of these apartments are beyond safety hazard to be called a home. in surrounding area should tell you completed picture of as well .

I wasted 6 years of my life at this appalling and horrific complex. You're in the worst location ever. Gunshots every night. I've had crackheads get stabbed right outside of my door. You can call the cops. Takes them over two hours to show up. You're in the ------. No one cares. You're paying over $1300 to live in a moldy box and get lung infections that will cause you to have chronic asthma and be on multiple inhalers to maintain your respiratory system. $400 a month gone for inhalers. Took 6 years for no one to replace my broken smoke detector that the maintenance dude broke himself. Still broken. The office lies to you and steals your money. They pretend to be "corporate" but they just give you their endless emails so your email just goes right back to them. These people lie to you, steal from you, harass you, accuse you and give you nothing but a headache. They watch the worse happen to you with smiles on their faces. They like making your life a living hell and they feel good about it. I've seen the ----- and he's at Copperstone.

This is the worst apartment I've ever lived at. The bathtub started chipping paint and they refused to fix it. What kind of bathtub has paint on it anyways? The place is dank and musty and full of mold, and they refused to do anything to solve the issue. We even kept our windows open in the dead of winter as instructed and independently bought dehumidifiers but the mold was still abundant. Staff, especially the property manager Alma, repeatedly lied to us and failed to address our numerous concerns about the hazardous living environment. We moved to a nicer apartment and we're only paying $50 more a month and get an in-unit washer and drier and the staff is so kind and helpful, in contrast to psychopathic staff members at Copperstone. Also, they made the parking spaces so small that your car will be slammed by your neighbors' car door, and good luck getting out when you park. The utility bill is over $100 a month, and no, you won't get an itemized receipt justify the outrageous charges. You can do much better. This is truly an awful place to live.

I love this community because of the price, this is my first apartment and the staff were very kind. I havent had any interraction with the managment team so i cannot comment on that. But the laundry facility is moderately clean by our apartment, but others closer to the office tend to be really messy. Parking is an absolute night mare. I got towed on our move in day then my boyfriend got towed a week later!! Keep that in mind when looking into this complex, the parking is horrendous.

I just started working at Boeing and I needed to find an apartment and since I was so young and didn't know much about apartments i. Tried my shot at Copperstone and fell in love with it since they are so helpful and friendly here and the place is so quiet you can hear the wind it's so secure and that's what I mostly like about it overall I like it a lot

This is A wonderful place, I have checked 5 different places before I decided to pick COPPER-STONE, the staff is very respectable they are patient with new residence and to other clients who are already living here, they cater to their clients with the respect we deserve, the price is affordable and for all the amenities you get with the 24 hr gym, the access to mail, and the way they listen to your concerns like you are a person, thank you copper stone for making my decision a pleasant and wonderful experience!

Parking here is completely atrocious. There is not sufficient parking here and residents are being towed left and right. The numbered parking system here is just a trap for roam towers. Seems like management has no answer for the parking situation here. Many residents here are disappointed.

I have lived here a month I like it you get one free parking spot the staff are nice the complex is clean Dining room does not have carpet which is really good for me madness it easier to clean up messes

I just moved out of copperstone apartments. I lived there for two years. As no apartment community is perfect, it felt like home. The management were great to me. They were always nice and accommodating to me. I would highly recommend copperstone apartments to anybody looking to rent.

This place has a major pest and mold problem.... and they acted as if its not a big deal when you report it to the office. They're always in the process of 'taking care' of your problems and it never gets done. My upstairs neighbors toilet was leaking for more than two days in a row, I asked them to take a look at it they said they would and the next day they called in said they went to my apartment and everthing was fixed, but next time could I put my cat away when I call for repairs, I don't have a cat so obviously they were in the wrong apt. They're liars and use cheap shortcuts to get things done. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone... they also have a big homeless presence and they rummage through the trash at night. And I know a couple of homeless men live behind the laundry room. And people always use my assigned parking spot, I called the towing company, and (un)suprisingly the idiot keyed my car and broke my mirror

The new Administration is sucks Mission is part of their name , they dont respect the parking addendum, the maintanance guy is a first class a**hole and the secretary or the lady in the office wow she is from Pluto. I dont recomend this place to live.

My family & I have lived here for almost 2 weeks, I LOVE it! The employees are super nice as well as respectful and professional. I love how quiet the complex is, huge fitness room, assigned parking and I do not hear any of the other tenants. I totally recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a nice place to live.

These apartment are not bad looking from outside but inside totally sucks floors are ugly Carpets have cigarette burns no lie fridges are super old washer and dryer facilities always get Stuff stolen from your neighbors are supper loud always partying not suitable for children to be Near the managers are lagging service things don't get done on time when you no move in You are rushed through a quick inspectiOn they don't give you a copy they fill it out themselves And say they've put in work orders that eventually never get fixed Ive lived in better Places than here this place is not as great as they make it seem there rates for wsg change and they Always charge weird dates on your rent receipt never the actual month I went from paying wsg for 2 people Suppose to be $60 now its $150 and I can keep on going

This aparment complex is a total joke. They try to evict you and add charges to your rent when you've never once missed a payment or even been late. It is an unsafe place to live with shootings, and drug dealing. The management is pathetic and are never even in the office the hours that is says their open. Its loud and the other tenanats are rude and could care less. We've called the cops for more things here than you can even imagine, but the management keeps trying to convince people its a nice safe palce to live. They started doing work on the place and never finished so now its worse off than it was before. They enter your complex wiht hardly any notice, and if tehy do give notice its the day before and they say it could be anytime for the next three weeks...so you cant even try to be there when they do. DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE....no matter how dire your finicial needs are.

Would not recommend

Seeing as how I am living here now I would not recommend for anyone to move in here. Since I moved in here there has been a shooting in the building close to us regarding drugs, my car was stolen, and just recently there was a shooting at the elementary school right next to the apartments. Do not let any of the staff make you believe these apartments are improving because they aren't! I have mold in my apartment and I've called to have them take care of it and all they do is spray some bleach on it and it comes right back. Again don't move in here!

This is obviously not the best plce to live. I have lived here a few different times in mylife and I am not really sure how it is run now. But when I lived there a few years ago it was a dump. It is right next to a school which is nice if you have younger kids, but I would not let my kids live here. When I lived there most recently, we had meth addicts right below us, and down about two doors as well. Those were the ones that I knew of and I know there were a whole bunch more! We also had a mentally handicapped guy in the next apartment over that would constantly harass my sister and me (including stalking). The crime rate there is horrible. There were thefts, break-ins and vandilism almost everyday and as mentioned below there have been deaths and other horrible things.
