Good place to live aside from the noise.   Walls very thin.  It is also somewhat difficult to get ahold of the management staff over the phone.  The grounds and amenities are great though, and I love the location.

lake fenwick is not the same any more. lake fenwick have drugs and lound noise. the apartment have mole. this is what they said is good. heel no. i am very sorry i move to this dam apartment. i cant wait to move the fuck out. those so call manager dont know his. they dont have any respect at all to the people that live at this place. the black one she dont have any respect just so GETO GETO. when you call her in the morning she dont even say good morning . i guest this is because she is a trash from the GETO. i hate it here. the peole person who saying good things about lake fenwick that is those GETO in the office. picture dont lie. and my apartment is very clean. she need to fix her weave. our bye a new one. she told me to right a good review for them because ever since people have to pay there water bill every one got bad and right bad review. but people that the right to be mad because its the way they did it. i got my water bill. but i didnt understand that the hell they was saying. because they told me that i own money to minol. but i am not a dam fool at all. so i make minol send them my bill saying that i dont own them nothing. may be they need our money for something to drink. and when i call those dam company that send us our new bills. they cant even fucking tell you nothing. what the fuck. 

Bad&#44; bad management. Bad place to live. Moles everywhere&#44; cold air come in the house even if u shut all windows & doors. I had tospray down moles twice a wrek. Its not fun. Im concerned about my kids health. You thing the owner cares&#44; noooo. They rather sit on dea behind ad wait for rent day to start collecting people money. Increase rent&#44; but da place is not wort raising. Im moving out in 2 months. Cant wait to get out of here. 

I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Sharon is a very nice Manager&#44; I love her dearly. I have bad rental history from my prior relationship...Sharon understand my situation and helped me to move in.  She will throw a fit&#44; but theres a good reason why..as long as u tell her the truth. My rent late shes always patient not like others they wouldve kicked me out already steve and Tazz they r such good mainetance. I appreciate dea hard working. I told my husband this our home until we can afford to buy a house...lol!

My boyfriend and I have lived in these apartments for the past two years. We originally were just here as our first apartment&#44; but now its become our home. Yeah&#44; there are a lot of kids in the neighborhood&#44; and the apartments aren&#39;t as up-to-date as they could be&#44; but overall&#44; it&#39;s been a pleasant living experience. Of all the time we have been here&#44; we have never had an issue with any of the appliances in our apartment. We have never had an issue with our Landlords. Quite actually&#44; the landlords have never had anything bad to say to us&#44; and would always greet us very friendly. Sharon&#44; the one everyone seems to hate&#44; is just an elderly lady&#44; doing her job. She&#39;s old fashioned&#44; but she gets the job done. She&#39;s very kind&#44; always giving us new things for our apartment&#44; she&#39;s there to help when needed. We&#39;ve renewed our lease 3 times with her now&#44; we&#39;ve paid pet deposits&#44; we&#39;ve even gotten our rent LOWERED. NO HASSLE WHATS SO EVER. The people who write negatively about this place&#44; are just bothered by this because they&#39;d prefer to live in a silent neighborhood. Well Lake Fenwick Estates is a friendly and out-going community&#44; so if you like to see friendly faces&#44; and the joy of kids having somewhere to live&#44; then move here. Puget Sound security strolls the parking lots almost every night&#44; as well as every resident was provided with information to call if they suspect suspicious activity or if something has been done to their things. 

This place has been awesome&#44; were still here after two years&#44; and have NO intentions on moving.

Just Fine

I have lived in Avana for not too long. So far I have noticed mold which in the picture attached itâ€™s not bad because I always clean it. Mold around the window means in-proper seal around the window allowing moisture to come in. I dealt with leaks and had to place towels under the window during the rainy season so it wonâ€™t drip on the carpet. Carpet was not done well, pieces of string from the carpet stick out and gets caught on my vacuum. Some doors closet doors don&apos;t close properly, definitely looks like the apartment got remodeled as quick as possible. (I have new remodeled style). No parking spots available after 6pm on the side where I live and I sometimes have to park on the other side by leasing office, Iâ€™m glad itâ€™s not a long walk. Trashed overfills all the time and current residents throw mattresses and furniture even cardboard boxes around the trash and block the entrance. Some people donâ€™t pick up their dog poop and I have stepped in it several times while taking my dog outside. If you want to live in an unclean neighborhood, and not proper construction of the new remodeled styles itâ€™s for you. I am moving out as soon as my lease ends. I am not breaking my contract because I am not spending anymore money here. Be aware that you will also be charged an amenity fee which supposedly is charged based off what floor you live and whatâ€™s around you. I have not confirmed if itâ€™s true.
