Bill and Kandi are such amazing and great people. Gave us the breakdown of everything including amenities and whats available to us. Most definitely would recommend a friend/family to move and live here

Dog ---- everywhere
The communal dog park is relatively cleaned of dog poop. The biggest issue is the community grass areas directly outside of apartments and apartment owners back doors that is not cleaned up. Other apartment complexes have preventative measures such as canine DNA testing to help ensure that the spread of zoonotic diseases are not occurring in community areas due to owners non-compliance with picking up their dogs waste. Not only is the amount of dog waste disgusting, but it poses a public safety risk.

Recently moved here and it’s been fantastic! The staff is welcoming, responsive, and helpful with a positive attitude. A big shoutout to Summer Greene, the Leasing Consultant, for making my transition frustration-free. The amenities are great, and the location is perfect. Definitely recommended.
