New change of management has been disappointing, garage door left open for multiple weeks, but maintenance is great. Not much communication when needed like maintenance estimated arrival and we were promised incentives for moving in but still have not received them. Every time we ask for when it would be available the timeline would always be moved to another week then another week.

Thin floors and walls. Neighbors complain about my toddler making too much noise during the day. Not very clean. Hardly any staff. Requests for overpayment not addressed after months. If you want to rent a community room, you have to pay $300! Half of it is a deposit but still!

Nice staff. Great amenities. Close to light rail. Quiet hallways. Luxer package system. Coffee machine. Conference rooms. Gym. Nice neighborhood. Groceries nearby. Theater nearby. Easy pay rent app. Pet friendly.

I feel so safe in these apartments. There is a great community within these apartments. You cannot hear much noise at all between the walls. Management replies swiftly with any concerns or questions that may arise. I love living here!

Overall cleanliness and appearance of Terrace Station has plummeted since the change in management. The hallways and elevators are not being vacuumed/Swiffered regularly. It's not uncommon to see trash and pet "accidents" in the hallways, elevators and stairwells as well. Not only do I hesitate to have friends and family visit me here, but I'm kind of embarrassed when encountering neighbors in the common areas. We all see the lack of cleaning and upkeep.

The move in is really disappointing. All drawers have a gap between the face and the storage space. The handles are greasy and rusty, stickers and glass hanger left by previous residents. The package room was not ready to use until I ask. Assigned me with a ADA parking, and have to change it later.

This is a great apartment its very clean no pests no problems everything works great my floor is quiet and the neighbors are pleasant. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The community areas are nice too! Gym is always clean lobby Too! Great apartment.

It's been a little bit of a rough start with the new management company and they are still working on a few things. The staff is amazing and responsive. The property is kept clean and I've had no issues otherwise in terms of parking, noise or vandalism.

Leasing office wants to help and is supportive. Wasn't told needing to setup electric ahead of time. Fob did not work right away, but leasing office did help right away and jumped on it and solved it as best they could.

Nice location with lots of nearby shops, restaurants and parks. Can be quite busy as the building is shared with a school and popular Sky Zone. Office staff and maintenance staff are always pleasant...

Nice community and location. Close to highway and rail station. The communication with staff can be a challenge during the move-in. I had issue with parking in the first day where someone park on my spot, they moved me to a new spot with another issue. I understand they're experiencing technical issue due to management change but it's still inconvenience. Apart from that, we also have issue with the broken window blinds. I'm not comfortable to sleep in my own room because the window is half open. I'm disappointed with the quality of this, considering I rent one of the most expensive/biggest unit.

Very nice community near the Northgate lightrail station. Really enjoy the idea that I can walk to the lightrail and go to Seattle. The cost to rent the apartment is fairly high to the point I'd rather look at other options.
