Wonderful place to live.

Landis Pointe is a beautiful complex. The management staff is very attentive and aims to please. I have never been happier in an apartment!

best place we ever lived!! We m iss it!

This is the best place I have ever lived. I lived there from 1995 to August 2003. I only left because my daughter and I relocated. The staff is wonderful, and my daughter misses them terribly!! If we decide to move back to Washington, we will live at the Landis Pointe apartments again!!

The new manager

As the new manager of Landis Pointe I would first like to thank the majority of tenants for their support.Everybody here has been extremely nice and made me feel very welcome. I do understand that there is some resistance to change as the previous management was here for 10 years and had built close relationships with many of the residents. I work hard to ensure that Landis Pointe remains a beautiful and peaceful place to live. To address some of the issues aired on this sight, although never brought to my attention personally....... The recycle bins in ONE location were full on ONE occasion. I have increased the # of containers in that area. I have had no noise complaints after 10pm and do check voice messages regularly after office hours and walk the property after dark. I also live on site and have not noticed any increase in the noise levels. During office hours(10-5) I am in the office and am usually open at 9am. If I have to run off property I always forward my calls. I very often am working until after 5pm. Saturdays are now also covered from 10-5. I would like to re-assure everyone that the needs of both the tenants and the property are my highest priority. If you do have any concerns please stop by and discuss them, as the new manager I am open to feedback, suggestions and ideas.

It´s been the best of apartment living!

I´ve been at Landis Pointe for 2 years now & have stayed because it is quiet, good neighbors, beautiful grounds & the office staff are excellent. The managers are responsive & care not only about the residents but about the whole place. I also like that there seems to be a lot of people who have stayed here a long time. One last thing, it´s very clean.

The complex is very well maintained and the apartments are roomy with ample storage. Beware though, the majority of the people who live here are elderly and DO NOT LIKE NOISE OR CHILDREN!! If you like to have company over, you better believe you´ll hear about it the next day (isn´t there such a thing as *having a life*?). In a way you feel prisoner in your own home, because people don´t mind their own business around here. There was not a lot of extra noise except that you could hear the people walking around above you & you can even hear your neighbors toilets flush.

Very nice, very quiet

Very spacious, well kept. Grounds are nice. Speed bumps are a little too big. They are really big on keeping quite which is great if you need your sleep. Don´t plan on having large or loud parties as parking is limited for guests. Younger couples/people might not like it as much due to the noise constraints. We are very happy with it compared to anything else in the area.

Beautiful, but you better not make a sound.

This complex it very beautiful, we live in a top unit which has gorgeous vaulted ceilings, only problems are that if you live on the top and aren´t an end unit, your patio/porch area IS NOT covered, and in WA it rains, which makes for NEVER going out on your patio, and forget about ever getting anything out of your storage unit (ajacent to your patio). The manager is very sweet, but the calaber of people living here are majorally older folks, who DO NOT LIKE NOISE OR CHILDREN! If you like to have company over, you better believe you´ll hear about it the next day (isn´t there such a thing as *having a life*?). In a way you feel prisoner in your own home, because people don´t mind their own business around here. I found that I never heard anyone, unless it was summer and my back door was open.
