The Maintenance team is amazing!
Had a few issues with the dishwasher and a few nooks and cranny’s around the apartment but Carlos came in and fixed everything. He was very informative, took his time to listen, and immediately had ideas on how to solve the problem. Thanks Carlos!

Great place to live!
I’ve lived here almost a year and loving it! There’s so many reasons to choose Verde: -great gym/spa -on-site cafe/restaurant -walkable restaurants and grocery store -across the street from Microsoft -one block from Overlake village light rail station -friendly staff Verde is a nice place to call home!
