I had a very positive experience living in this community. From the beginning, the management team stood out for being highly collaborative, responsive, and genuinely invested in residents' well-being. Every interaction felt respectful and solution-oriented, whether it was a question about the lease, a maintenance request, or general concerns about the apartment. Maintenance, in particular, was handled efficiently. Requests were acknowledged quickly, and the staff followed through in a timely manner, which made a big difference in day-to-day comfort. The communication across the team felt seamless, and it was clear that they worked together rather than passing issues around. The community itself is well-maintained and provides a comfortable living environment. Common areas are clean, and there is a sense that management takes pride in the property. Neighbors are generally respectful, which adds to the overall positive experience. What I appreciated most was the consistency. It wasn't just one good interaction; it was a pattern of professionalism and care. For anyone considering this community, I would say it offers a reliable and supportive living experience where concerns are taken seriously and addressed thoughtfully.

Beautiful place and nice leasing agents, love the common spaces and the layout of the apartment. 2 beautiful gyms and love the art and furniture inside the common areas. Love the loading doc and multiple elevators

Just checked out the area, its very clean and close to the soon opening Judkins Park station. A lot of newly built apartment complexes are trying to chime some charm into north Beacon Hill. Lets see where this leads.

The apartment itself is new and in good condition. Did not feel safe in the area and found it was not convenient to get to the grocery stores or entertainment. Lots of noise and inconsiderate neighbors. Looking forward to leaving when my lease is up

Decent building, not great neighbourhood. Please avoid renting in the building if you are not driving. I don't feel safe walking in the neighborhood or using the bus routes due to the prevalence of homeless individuals.

The apartment is kept up pretty well besides well city life and the people in it. Overall I like it here besides parking a few blocks away but again it's a city life. The train station will be opening soon and so I am curious on how strong the parking enforcement will be from the city of Seattle.

These apartments are so updated and cute! It is hard to initially get in contact with the office (unless you go in person), but after that, you should be good. They have everything I was looking for: W/D, 24hr gym, and garage. The staff is extremely nice and very communicative. Great move if you commute through 90.

The complex is new close to soon open new 2 line of the light rail. This location would be ideal with someone who does not have a car with easy access to the route 7 & 106 on the bus system giving you easy access to downtown. If you have a car, parking is tricky to find close to where you live unless you have a unit that comes with parking with an additional fee to your rent.
