Living here is great because it's centrally located however it is impossible to reach the front office by phone so it's highly inconvenient to live here. I would not recommend for anyone that does not work from home.

    It's been hit or miss here. If someone truly wants to know more, then please contact me. I've asked a few questions of staff in person. Staff tells me they will get back to me. Haven't heard back which is unfortunate. Thrive provided better service than Forge so far in this respect.

      It is good! The only problem that we have had constantly after living here for 3 years, they refuse to fix the barbecues! The previous management was like that, so I hope the new management would be better!

        N/A i really don't like how we have to write a review of 200+ characters every time we give feedback on maintenance. It's like, I have nothing else to say but I can't submit the survery without writing a bunch of random stuff here.

          new management is a little bit frustrating to work with compared to last management i would say. things are a bit slower and take longer and the staff sometimes are harder to reach and less friendly and casual than whatever management we had before. but it's okay so far.

            This property is beautiful, large and updated with modern technology and conveniences. The amenities are exceptional. Team member Oksana was knowledgeable and thorough. I was unable to view any units, even though I scheduled and was contacted to confirm my tour appointment. I was shown a video of units and told I would receive the video, which at this writing I have yet to receive. I was prepared to apply and pay the application fee, as well as the deposit, however because there were no units currently available to view or rent, I left the property feeling as if my time was not respected. I will continue to communicate toward resolution and finding a home in one of the buildings.
